Aircraft Docking Systems

During aircraft maintenance, staff members are required to enter into the aircraft internal or close to parts of the aircraft's surface. They use tools or equipment to disassemble and move parts of the aircraft, or to get rid of paint and paint the surface of the aircraft. The aircraft docking systems provide a convenient working platform for the staff.

Generally it is divided into nose dock, fuselage dock, large wing dock, vertical tail dock, flat tail dock. There are two forms of suspended on the roof structure (or gantry) of the hangar or placed on the ground. After the authorized operator turns on the machine, the control system actively detects the state of the device and automatically alarms the fault. The system will actively correct the deviations in the movement process of multi-power cooperative work. The safety system is detected through multiple sensors to ensure the safety of the aircraft docking when approaching or exiting the aircraft. It can record various parameters of the equipment’s working status in real time and display it on the screen of the console. At the same time it can be backed up or transmitted to the remote terminal for easy maintenance.

The main structures of the aircraft docking has been inspected and assembled before delivery which will shorten the installation time and guarantee the construction progress.
