Sliding hangar doors

The sliding hangar door consists of top guide and bottom tracks, door cladding and sealing, top guide wheels and bottom load-bearing wheels, driving system and power supply, control and safety systems. (Optional track ice melting and windproof hooks for special areas)

Main features are as follows:

In order to meet the requirements of flexible opening and opening net width, multiple tracks and door leaves are generally provided in the door opening;

Design the track and door structure according to the wind load codes in the area and after processed in the factory steel structures will be assembled with high-strength bolts at site;

In the design of door cladding take effective measures to prevent cold bridges. Non-lighting materials are made of profiled steel sheets and sandwich panels and lighting materials are made of safety glasses and PC boards (polycarbonate hollow boards);

The sealing adopts economical EPDM rubber which is installed on the special aluminum profile base;

Hangar door is powered by conductor system installed on the top tracks;

The gear motor installed on the door bottom beam drives the bottom load-bearing wheel through chain wheel to start or stop the door leaf. After changing the clutch installed on the driving wheel shaft the door leaf can be manually pushed or dragged by the vehicle through the traction base at the lower both ends of the door.

After lots of engineering practices the continuously upgraded control system runs on a stable hardware and sensor platform to realize the control of the hangar door. The screen equipped on the control panel prompts or warns various of information about the operation of the hangar door. When a safety risk is imminent, automatically issue instructions to stop movement or prohibit operation to avoid accidents. The control system automatically detects faults and alarms, stores all operating status data for query and supports data transmission to remote terminals.
