Airbus Helicopter (Qingdao) Co., Ltd hangar door project includes a electric(manual) steel hangar door with

width 75m and height 6m.It is composed of door leaf, bearing wheel, guide wheel, bottom track, top track,

transmission mechanism, hinge,control system, safety protection device, safety alarming system, drainage and rail heating device etc.

Baotong door characteristics

1.The door moves horizontally along the doorway and the side wall and its running track is an angle of 90

degrees, it has advantages of small space, excellent wind resistance,stable operation,beautiful appearance,

flexible opening and low noise etc.

2.The door is formed by connecting multiple door panels and door leaf is equipped with personnel door which is open inward.

3.There are totally three ways operating door movements which are manual, electric and remote control   respectively, the door could be transferred by gear chain or wire rope and the motor could be installed at top   area or end area of the door.

4.Sealing strips is not only adopted around and bottom of the door but also in middle area of door panel for better sealing and thermal insulation.

5.The door panel could be made of GRP panel, fireproof rock wool sandwich panel or color sandwich panel   and equipped with various types of lighting windows, which have the characteristics of firmness, weather resistance, thermal insulation, flame retardant, sound-proofing and sealing.

6.Compared with other type doors, it saves the building space and greatly reduces the

construction cost.
