Shenzhen International Exhibition Center is located in Fuyong Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, located in the bay top of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Pearl River Delta Center and the center of Guangdong Free Trade Zone. "One of the three main buildings. Shenzhen International Exhibition Center occupies total area of about 1.48 million square meters. When completed, the total area of indoor exhibitions will be 500,000 square meters. When the first phase completed, it will be the world's second largest exhibition center(the largest one in China) and when all completed it will be the world's largest exhibition center.

Shenzhen International Exhibition Center each swing door size is 6 × 6m, each sliding door size is 8 × 6m. These doors include extra-large swing doors, super wide and super high sliding doors,both are very heavy doors, which brings many difficulties for us while in design, manufacture and door accessories selection,so we did multiple field investigations, repeatedly communicate with the design institute and the project owner, we specially designed and refined the following aspects for the ultra-large swing door and sliding door.

1. Deformation control of door body, calculation and selection of door body structure

2. High production tolerance, with high-quality door accessories

3. Considered transportation and hoisting (oversized, road transport needs attention, finished product protection of door loader and transportation hoisting point setting)

4. Most work finished in Baotong factory (construction, hardware installation, exterior aluminum installation,etc.)

5. Under high installation accuracy requirements for several months of hard work by Baotong installation team, the main body project successfully completed.
